We got to visit some of our favorite cousins..The Romney's..for Shaina's baptism (thanks grandma Becky for the killer duds...the kids were stylin'!)

Uncle Michael got set apart as a Missionary and left us for 2 years to work hard in the Georgia, Atlana Mission (we can't hardly wait for him to get back!)

Grandma Cathy celebrated her birthday at our house...gourmet Mac 'n' Cheese, fancy grilled cheese & tomato herb soup...YUM!

Since the real Christmas Cards didn't make it out this year, we decided to post on the family blog a look back at 2009...

New Years Day Jameson worked so Christina took the kids to Disneyland... a 10 hour ride of endless excitement! Truly the most fun Disneyland trip I've ever had with my kids! We saw both parades, fireworks, Santa & the reindeer, rode every ride we wanted to, danced & read with the Princesses and got through the ENTIRE day TEAR-FREE!

A look back to New Years Eve 2008

At this time last year we were ringing in the New Year with London! We had a typical "London" dinner (according to our own Flying Elder...new potatoes, pork, cauliflower, juice, bread pudding & YUMMY Chocolate Trifle for dessert). The kids decorated a 10 foot tall Big Ben poster, I hung a net of balloons & confetti from the ceiling so we had our own "fireworks" that fell at the stroke of midnight (4pm CA time!) while we watched the fireworks via the internet over Big Ben & the London Eye..It was SO FUN! Here's to our friends Shannon & Madeleine Ashton for giving us a reason to celebrate so early in our day...this mom thanks you for assisting in giving me an early night! Kids were fast asleep by 9pm so Jameson & I could ring in 2009 on California time!

This year, we are cleaning house, getting ready to ring in the new year with kid games & movies and then a Big Breakfast on New Years Day!
